I’m pretty sure it was at the age of 12 when I realized for the first time I wanted to work in a call center.
19 years later and I’m exactly where I wanted to be. How many people do you know that can say that?
Ok, that may be a Gilbert Grape’s mom basted with BBQ lie but I like to think I found a happy medium. I’ve been working in London for one of the biggest and fastest growing Outsourcing contact centers for close to 5 years and in this time, I’ve been able to learn, develop and understand what it is I want to do with my life.

I’m blessed with a spectacular wife whom I’ve been married to since 2001. She’s hard work but then again she’ll say exactly the same thing about me. We are complete opposites and although our realities rarely use the same theme tune, we manage to find each other and continue to play our part in what I like to think of as our romantic horror comedy. I’ve never loved anything as much as I love this woman and I blame her for it.
My free time is a balancing act between developing my knowledge of the internet and it’s technologies, kiting and making sure I keep the few friends I have.
